Action Learning Sets
Action Learning Sets are, quite simply, the most powerful way for people to meet, share work-related problems and find solutions.
The AL process allows each Set member to explore a problem using the powerful questioning and coaching of the other Set members. There is then time to reflect on the process and to decide a course of action - all in an encouraging and completely confidential setting.
Set facilitators guide the process for all or part of the life of the Set. A Set normally consists of 4 - 7 people and meets regularly (every 4-6 weeks).
