Review Business Performance Questions
As an example, here are some questions an Executive Coach might ask:
• When you leave at the end of the day do you have a sense of achievement?
• If you were the manager what would you do differently?
• In what areas are staff or departments experiencing friction?
• What do your staff most need from you?
• Who needs to be rewarded or recognized for things well done?
• In what areas are goals and objectives not clearly defined?

as in being able to remake ourselves.
