A Coaching Retreat offers you the personal support of an experienced retreat coach who leads the reflective practice that we offer on our modern retreats.Easy to get to, fun to experience with nothing expected of you.
Your Coach will gently work with you to help you to explore any life or workplace issue you would like to focus on during this time.
They are trained to offer, meditation practice, mindfulness, reflective walking in nature, yoga stretches, or visualisations.
A wide range of helpful exercises to allow you to leave with clarity of mind and an awakened purpose.
You can be alone with your thoughts and feelings,but never lonely because the Rest Of Your Life Team are there to help.
When we think about retreating, we usually think of places in nature, secluded Retreat centres or perhaps even pampering spas. But truly we can retreat anywhere. Anywhere we can find stillness will do and the list of venues is endless:but how do you calm the busy mind and restless body?
The word "Retreat" for some connotes escape or retreat from the real world - however, a Retreat allows you to step out of your ordinary environment to listen and attune to yourself. The aim is to calm the inner "shoulds" and "oughts" and eventually replace them with gentler ways for mind and body. Connecting with our own spirituality and purpose is the essence of retreating for many!
